REGLAS PARA LA SEGUNDA VUELTA

1. Sólo pueden votar MIEMBROS DE LA COMUNIDAD DE SAINT SEIYA

2. La antigüedad: sólo pueden votar, aquellos que han sido registrados en su Foro o Comunidad antes del 27 de Agosto del 2007.

3. Sólo se permitirá un único voto por persona, a través de la publicación de un post. Un post = Un voto.

4. El post debe contener la siguiente información:

- Nick Name que utiliza en la Web a la que pertenece o en la que tiene mayor número de posts.

- Nombre de la web o comunidad a la que pertenece.

- Código Postal o Distrito en el que vive + País en el que vive.

De esta manera, el post que publiquen debe quedar más o menos así:

5. Si el votante es simplemente un lector o seguidor de un blog informativo, y no tiene ninguna cuenta de usuario en ningún foro o comunidad, deberá agregar los siguientes datos en su post:

- Iniciales de sus nombres y apellidos reales.

- NickName que utiliza a la hora de dejar sus comentarios (no valen anónimos)

- Nombre del blog o web del cual es lector.

- Código Postal o Distrito + País en el que vive.

- Los tres últimos números de su número de teléfono personal.

De esta manera, el post que publiquen debe quedar más o menos así:

6. La persona que resulte ganadora, será contactada durante la segunda quincena de Octubre, a través del Sistema de Mensajes Privados de su Foro o Comunidad, y a través del e-mail con el que se registró en este Foro. Si no pertenece a ningún Foro, se le requerirá el número de teléfono mediante el correo electrónico con el cual se registró a este Foro, para establecer contacto y verificar su identidad.

7. El administrador de la web que resulte ganadora, será contactado también durante la segunda semana de Octubre, a través del sistema de mensajería privada de su web, o en el e-mail de administración que hace público.

8. Si no hay respuesta por parte del ganador, en un plazo de 15 días pese a la insistencia, se procederá a realizarse un nuevo sorteo.

9. Si no hay respuesta por parte del administrador en un plazo de 15 días, pese a la insistencia, el título de mejor web permanecerá, pero la donación no se hará efectiva.

10. Personas que pertenecen a varias comunidades con nicknames distintos, sólo pueden participar con el nickname del foro en el que publica más posts. Cualquier participante puede denunciar a un usuario con más de una identidad, si ha visto que vota en más de una ocasión.

11. Si acontece alguna situación imprevista por las reglas, me reservo el derecho a crear nuevas normas, tratando de que la situación sea lo más justa y equitativa.

12. Tratar de que el juego sea limpio. Una de las razones por las que se ha optado por hacer las elecciones en un Foro, es debido a que es mucho más sencillo controlar las IP'S. En caso de probarse duplicidad de cuentas o cualquier otra irregularidad, se baneará al responsable.

5. If the voter is simply a following reader for informatives blogs about saint seiya, and do not have any "user account" in any forum or community... will have to emit his vote with the following data:

- Initials for your real full name.

- Nick Name that you use when you leave a commentary in the blog or webpage. (Anonymous are prohibited)

- Name of the blog or Website where you are a reader.

- ZIP Code (or District for countries that do not use zip codes) + Country where you live.

- The three last numbers of your personal telephone number.

This way, the post that you will publish must be more or less like this:

6. The winner, will be contacted during the second half of October, through the system of "Private Message" from his Forum or Community that mentioned in his post, and through the e-mail that registered in this Forum. If the winner does not belong to any Forum, his telephone number will be required by the e-mail that registered in this Forum, to make contact with him and to verify his identity.

7. The administrator for the winner website, will also be contacted during the second week of October, through system "Private Message" from his Web, or in the email of administration that makes public.

8. If there is no answer on the part of the winner, in a term of 15 days in spite of the insistence, a new drawing will come to be made.

9. If there is no answer on the part of the administrator in a term of 15 days, in spite of the insistence, the title of better Web will remain, but the donation will not become effective.

10. People who belong to several differents communities with several differemts nicknames, only can participate with nickname of the forum in which posts publishes more. Any participant can denounce to a user with more than one identity, if has seen that votes in more than one occasion.

11. If some unexpected situation by the rules occurs, I reserve the right to create new norms, being treated of which the situation is rightest and equitable.

12. Fair Play: One of the reasons by that it has been chosen to make the elections in a Forum, is because is much more simple to control the IP'S. In case of proving duplicity of accounts or any other irregularity, the person in charge. will be banned.
